RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customer Service

Your order is as important to us as our bond with you. Our in-house Consumer Service department will be delighted to assist you with any queries related to your order. Please email us at contact@exerfit.co or call us at 1800-523-658 during standard business hours 10 am-6 pm IST (Monday to Friday), and a representative will be in touch with you. All queries are answered in the order in which they are received. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Exerfit may accept returns of products purchased directly from Exerfit through the site only when all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The products must be received by Exerfit within 7 days of your delivery; no returns are accepted after this period
  • You must provide your Purchase Order number as received when your order was placed through the website
  • If they were purchased through www.exerfit.co and are found to have been physically damaged during shipping, or if you found some unusual defects in the products at the time of receiving the order
  • Orders can be cancelled only before their dispatch. Once dispatched, we do not allow any cancellations.
  • Cancellations and refunds aren’t processed in the event of dissatisfaction with products or packaging.

If you need to make a return, please call us during normal business hours (10 am-6 pm IST) before sending the product back. You will be asked to provide your Purchase Order number as received when an order was placed on the website. Once the merchandise is eligible and approved for return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and given instructions on how to complete the process.

Refunds: All reimbursements will be made to the bank account/card used for the original purchase. Please allow at least 5 working days for the reimbursement credit to appear on your bank account.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order. However, on rare occasions, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you.

In case of any lost or misplaced shipments, upon receiving a confirmation of the same, we will resend you the shipment or initiate a refund. We accept no other liability or responsibility with regards to lost, misplaced or damaged shipments.
